Many of our real estate agents have received the sales training certificate from the CCCBR.
If you are considering purchasing real estate in Costa Rica we recommend that you only work with real estate companies that have sent their agents to CCCBR certification.
Paradise Brokers insists that all real estate professionals enroll and receive proper training from the CCCBR. We believe so strongly that we will pay for our agents to be certified.
Unlike many other countries of the world, there are currently no required certification courses needed to sell real estate in Costa Rica. However, the CCCBR offers voluntary education and training sessions every month (up to 45 students/month) for real estate professional who want to learn the most up to date information in real estate law, real estate trends and real estate issues.
