Mel Gibson Considering Costa Rica
Film actor, director and producer, Mel Gibson is musing over the idea of turning his favourite
holiday destination into a permanent home after confessing he could quit Hollywood for Costa Rica.
Gibson, who made APOCALYPTO in Latin America and is reportedly making back-to-back films in Panama, admits he is interested in becoming a homeowner in Costa Rica.
He says, "I thought about it. Maybe I'll just come down here sometimes and spend my holidays."
Gibson has been enjoying a working holiday in Costa Rica, while scouting out new movie locations for his upcoming epic, a biopic of Spanish explorer Vasco Nuñez de Balboa.
There were also numerous sightings of Mr. Gibson in and around Dominical in the South Pacific region where he apparently was looking for a home to buy.
