COMMENTS FROM MANAGEMENT

Periodically we share with you what we are doing, as a company, in Costa Rica.  In this issue, I will summarize some of these steps, and more importantly, point out why they are important to you.

Initially, let’s summarize some of the actions of Paradise Brokers.

• We have 2,000 acres of land ready for development.
• We are now in the process of developing approximately 1,000 acres.
• All of the projects are fully funded.  The owners of Paradise Brokers have committed a portion of the capital required.
• We have dug a well and put in power lines in Amelia’s Estates.  We will do the same at San Buenas.
• Three sales offices are now part of our company.  Our most recent is a new office, which we are constructing.
• We have purchased a 15 passenger van to assist our prospects in moving about.
• Paradise Brokers has purchased Horizon, a well-established company in the southern region.
• Each year, the federal government of Costa Rica certifies 500-550 real estate agents.  As a result of training, five Paradise Brokers agents will be certified in 2007.
• A concierge service has been established.  Consequently, the company can provide total services to our prospects who visit our properties.
• The Company has its own full-time lawyer, project manager, and accountant in Costa Rica.

So, what does this mean to you as you consider purchasing a lot and also after you own a property?  It means the following:

• You have the assurance that you are working with a company that is committed long-term to Costa Rica.
• You know that resources will be available to you in Costa Rica every day of the year.
• There should be no concern for you about how you will get water and power.  This is taken care of for you.
• You need not worry if you are planning your first trip to Costa Rica.  The Company will help you.
